Terms used in Terms of Use:

The User – individual, who expressing an intention to acquire, acquire or could acquire or use a product or service for purposes, which are not related to its economic or
professional activity

Product – any item which the Seller offered or sold to the User in Online store www.steellace.eu;

Online Store – www.steellace.eu.

Distance contract
The User, confirming the order in our Online Store www.steellace.eu, on one hand, and the Seller, on the other hand, conclude such an agreement:

General conditions:

     The composition, care, use and general description of the product are described separately for each product;
    The price of the product in the Online Store is specified for each item separately, including Value Added Tax;
     The Seller has the right to change the information about the Product and the price of the Product, it may be partially or completely deleted, changed or supplemented in Online Store without prior notice;
     Products available in the Online Store are produced for individual orders,
    Product manufacturing time is 10 working days from confirming the order. If the user wishes to know the specific delivery time for any Product, please email the Seller at [email protected];
     If the Product ordered by the User is not available, the Seller shall inform the User within one working day from confirming the order on the media indicated in the User’s order;
     The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the Product to the User in accordance with the order made by the Online Store and Terms of Use;
     The color of the Product in life may slightly differ from the color of the Product shown in the images in the Online Store.


Terms of ordering and payment of the product:


 - To place an order in our Online Store:

•     select a product;
•      select a size;
•     add the selected Product to your shopping basket;
•     confirm the order by selecting the order option;
•      correctly fill out the order form;
•      make payments through the PayPal electronic payment method;
•     or, if you chose to make a payment internet banking, then wait for an invoice at the specified in order e-mail address;
•      pay the invoice you received to the Seller’s bank details listed in the invoice,
•     indicating the invoice number in the payment target. Invoice payment term – 3 days.

 - The User is responsible for the correctness of the delivery details stated in the order;
 - Ordering the Product the User confirms that he/she is familiar with the description, care, and purpose of the Product;
 - In case of questions and uncertainties, The User contacts the Seller by e-mail [email protected]

Delivery terms of product:

 - The Seller shall deliver the order to the User in accordance with the method of delivery chosen by the User.
 - Delivery costs depend on the type of delivery chosen by the User, the available delivery options are:

     The Product is delivered to the User’s selected Omniva parcel machine in Latvia - 3EUR
    The Product is delivered to the User’s selected Omniva parcel machine in Lithuania or Estonia - 6 EUR
    The Product is delivered in the territory of EU countries by Latvian post - 5 EUR
     The Product is delivered outside the territory of EU countries by Latvian post - 7 EUR


 - If the user wishes to receive an order by another delivery method, the User must agree on it with the Seller;
 - The Seller shall deliver the order based on the type of delivery chosen by the User in the order;
 - The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery due to delay in the delivery service provider;
 - Delivery prices of Products may be changed if they are changed due to changes in the prices of the delivery service provider.

Right of withdrawal:
 - The User has the right to withdraw from or replace the Product within 14 days from receipt of the Product if:

     Product not used;
     Product is not wrinkled, torn, dirty or otherwise damaged;
     The product is in its original packaging.


 - To withdraw from the Product, the User shall send an  email to  [email protected] and provide information:

    the title of the item;
    the date the purchase was made (if possible, the number of the order);
    the date when the purchased item is returned;
    the name and surname of the customer, and the number of the bank account the refunded purchase price shall be paid into.


 - The User shall bear all costs related to the return of the Product;
 - The Seller returns the money to the bank account specified by the User within 14 days from receipt and inspection of the Product, excepting costs incurred due to the
fact that you have chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us.
 
Privacy Policy:
 - The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide the User – data subject, information on the purpose, scope, protection and treatment period of processing of personal data during the data acquisition and processing data subject’s personal data.
 - Personal data processing manager is Steellace Ltd, registration number: 42103102013, legal and actual address – Ozolciema street 18-282, Riga, LV-1058;
 - The Seller will use User data (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.) only for order processing and accounting purposes;
 - The Seller implements various security measures to protect personal data, but we cannot fully guarantee data security from unauthorized access to personal data for
malicious purposes;
 - The Seller promises do not disclose User data to a third party, except in cases where the User data requested by law enforcement authorities;
 - The User has the right to access his data, to correct his data, to request the deletion of data and termination of data processing;
 - The User data storage period is 5 years.
These Terms of Use may be updated and supplemented at any time without prior approval by the User and such changes took effect from the time of publication.
